1. Promoter
The Promoter is the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA), International House, 76 Bennett Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN2 5JL.
2. Eligibility
This prize draw is open to IDTA members aged 18 or over who complete the IDTA Feedback Survey during the Promotion Period. Employees, officers, or Council members of the IDTA directly involved in administering the survey or prize draw are excluded from entry.
3. Promotion period
The prize draw opens on 24th April 2026 at 9 am (BST) and closes on 8 May 2026 at 11:59 pm (BST). Entries submitted outside this period will not be included.
4. How to enter
To enter the prize draw, eligible participants must submit a completed IDTA Feedback Survey during the Promotion Period.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- Multiple entries or attempts to enter more than once may result in disqualification.
- No purchase or payment is required to enter.
5. Prizes
Four prizes will be awarded to separate winners:
- 1st Prize: £100 voucher
- 2nd Prize: £50 voucher
- 3rd Prize: £25 voucher
- 4th Prize: £25 voucher
Prizes are provided as vouchers and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a stated prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner selection and notification
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date. Winners will be notified using the contact details provided for the purpose of the prize draw. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Survey anonymity and data protection
Any personal data provided for the purpose of administering the prize draw will be used solely for this promotion and processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the IDTA Privacy Policy. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. General Conditions
a) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or that it reasonably believes has been submitted fraudulently or in bad faith.
b) The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
c) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury arising from acceptance or use of a prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
d) The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the prize draw is final.
9. Legal
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10. Acceptance
By entering this prize draw, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Where there is any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional material, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
