Donna Wilcox BA Hons, LCD Dip, FIDTA, RAD TDip, ARAD, Royal Ballet & Opera Associate Teacher, is a highly accomplished professional with 26 years of experience in dance education and business. As a former professional dancer and recipient of the Most Promising Classical Ballet award from the LCD, Donna’s journey in the arts began early, training with IDTA schools before advancing to the renowned London Contemporary Dance School and London College of Dance.

As the founder and Director of Elite Academy of Performing Arts, Donna has produced World and Global Champions, along with IDTA Theatre Dance Award winners. Students have gone on to perform in prestigious West End and international shows and film. In lockdown 2021 Elite Teacher Training was launched an online platform for coaching.

An IDTA member since the age of 16, Donna has been an Examiner for 13 years and has held significant roles in both independent and tertiary education sectors, including Head of Dance. She has developed syllabi, managed budgets, and served as Co-Chair of the Theatre Dance Awards for six years, further raising industry standards.
