Katharine is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the IDTA, including recruiting, hiring, managing, training and development programmes, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Katharine has recently accepted the role Interim Operations Manager due to the departure from the IDTA of the previous Chief Operations Officer. She will be handling the day to day running of Head Office, covering the role of Quality Assurance Manager with regulatory bodies in the UK, and supporting the Board of Directors.
