Members Area Login Problems

We recently moved from the old Members Area to a new platform that should provide a more modern service for our members moving forwards. As well as the existing Members Information, Magazine Archive, and Video Library, we will now be integrating the School Profile service and IDTA’s new e-Learning platform. We hope to bring further new features to the Members Area in the coming months.

Unfortunately, as with the rollout of such large changes to any service, there have been some technical issues along the way; namely that passwords from the old Members Area were not compatible with more modern security requirements on the new platform. However, members can now easily restore access to the Members Area by:

  • Clicking on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page and entering their IDTA registered email address. A password reset link should be emailed to you and then your access will be restored.
  • If you don’t receive the password reset email or your email address is not accepted, please contact support@idta.co.uk and a member of the team will assist with activating your account on the new Members Area.

We apologise for any inconvenience this transition may have caused and hope to have all member access restored as quickly as possible.
